Terms & Conditions

This raffle is being held for BEARS LAGOON SERPENTINE FOOTBALL NETBALL CLUB INC ABN: 81 104 259 397, Chapel Street, Serpentine, VIC, 3517.

The Raffle commences on the 1st of April 2024, closes on the 14th of September 2024 and will be drawn on the 20th of September 2024 at All Seasons Hotel, 171-191 McIvor Road, Strathdale, 3550 at 7:30pm. The draw will be conducted using a RaffleLink System draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email within 2 days after draw. Winners may also receive a phone call from the raffle organisers. Details of the Winner(s) will be displayed at blsfnc.tidyhq.com/ and rafflelink.com.au/ford-ranger-raffle and Bendigo Advertiser 25th September 2024. State(s) where tickets are on sale VIC by Fundraising Agent Wendy Draper, whose authority to fundraise can be verified with the beneficiary.

Participation - The following persons are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person:  a) Office holders and employees of Bears Lagoon Serpentine Football Netball Club Inc; b) The raffle organisers/nominee of the raffle; and c) Relatives* of office holders, employees and the raffle organisers/nominee. *Note: "Relative" means spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, child or sibling (whether of full or half-blood).

Prize Claim –Winners have 12 months from the date of notification to claim their prize.

Unclaimed Prize - If a prize is not claimed after 12 months from notification of initial draw, or redraw where a redraw applies, then the raffle organiser will advise the regulatory bodies in each state as required and seek their direction and/or approval to sell the prize and apply the sale proceeds to the beneficiary’s purpose.

Persons under the age of 18 years are unable to enter.

The odds of winning the stated prizes based on the total possible ticket sales displayed are: 1st Prize 1/4000. Prizes are not transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated or permitted by state regulations.
